Da har jeg gjort min plikt i dag også, hehe.. Ble en kort økt i kveld. 20 minutter sykling, 20 minutter crosstrainer og 1000 meter på romaskina.

Tenkte jeg skulle gjøre noe så spennede som å "avsløre" hva slags musikk jeg har på ørene når jeg trener. Er HELT avhengig av musikken og treninga skal bli bra. Bruker ofte tempoet i sangene til farta jeg får på sykkelen/crosstraineren. Energisk musikk = Marthe er effektiv! :D
